Dear Family,

Good to see the pictures of Travis and Brittney on their wedding day and all the other cute kids in the family. Good to hear from Linda. We are excited for her on her big May 8th day. Our love and prayers are with Dan.
Does everyone know that Karyn and Chad added a boy to their family March 3rd. Benjamin Ryan Butler. Weighed in at 7-14. Cute little boy but is giving his mom a rough time. She is like most moms of newborns-sleep deprived. If I knew how to attach a picture I would. It will come as I get more experience with this.
We are preparing for Wendy and Elder Nelson and Ginny and Sheri Dew to come visit us this weekend. They will be doing meetings everyday while they are here but we'll have family time, a temple session, family photo, dinner etc. with them. It will be fun but not our usual family visit because we are sharing them with 4 Stakes. Nice to have some incentive to get my Spring cleaning done NOW.
We have just received the news today that DAn and Becky will be moving back to Edmonton in the next month. YEah!!! Bryce and I have to hurry and finish what we started a couple of weeks ago in their home. We are finishing the basement and putting hardwood and tile on the main floor. Just in time to sell it. Should help with the selling part but they will not be able to enjoy any of it. Becky had emergency appendectomy 2 Sundays ago. They operated on her at about 2am Sunday morning and she was discharged at 2 pm that same day. I went down to Calgary for 4 days to help her in her recovery. They are off to San Diego next week for 5 days. It was going to be a work related course but since he isn't going to be working for them anymore it will just be for pleasure. He was enticed by another company to come to Edmonton and offered him a job he couldn't refuse.
Mandy and Troy are in Ontario for the weekend. He had a workshop down there so she went with him so they could see Niagra Falls and other sites down there. They have had quite a trip. Lost luggage, fog so they couldn't take off, snow storm in Calgary so they couldn't land, missed flights and rain when they got to Ontario. I hope they make it back tomorrow night. We had Natalie and Logan since Wednesday night and we have enjoyed it .
We have a few more babysitting requests coming up in May. Cyndi and Ron are going to Hawaii for 10 days so their 3 children, Gabrielle, Alison and Nicole are coming to stay with us. Brad and Cindy are going to SAn Diego end of May for 5 days for their anniversary so Stephanie and Tyler will come and sleep over. The kids all love to have sleepover at G&G place.
Bryce still hasn't retired yet from renovating and now that one of his friends is retiring he may have him come work with him. He is doing alot of good for lots of people. Mainly his family but others too along the way. It has been a full month and we aren't even half way there yet.
This is more than you probably wanted to know but it is what we have been living and loving. Hope everyone else joins in and keeps up to date on the family news.
